Returns:

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery without any cost.

  • Ensure the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, including the original packaging and tags.

Return Process:

  2. Shipping Your Return:
    • After contacting customer service, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your return package.
    • Please package the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
    • If the product passes the inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • If the product does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged or Defective Products:
